Rutav Engitronic Systems is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and reliable support. This policy outlines the procedures and terms for product repairs, both under warranty and out of warranty.
1. General Repair Information
This policy applies to all products purchased directly from Rutav Engitronic Systems or our authorized dealers. To initiate a repair, please contact our Customer Support team first to diagnose the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.

Please provide your original invoice number, product model number, and a detailed description of the issue. A support ticket or reference number will be provided for your request.
2. Warranty Repairs
Products under the warranty period will be repaired free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions of our Warranty Policy.
Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The specific warranty period for each product is detailed on the product page and in the documentation supplied with the product.
Process for Warranty Repair:
Contact Support: Get in touch with our customer support to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the defective product to our designated service center. The shipping cost to our center must be prepaid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Rutav Engitronic Systems will cover the cost of shipping the repaired/replaced product back to the customer.
Repair/Replacement: We will inspect the product and, at our discretion, repair it, replace it with a new or refurbished unit, or offer a refund if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, voltage fluctuations, or natural disasters. Please refer to our full Warranty Policy for a complete list of exclusions.
3. Out-of-Warranty Repairs
For products whose warranty period has expired or for damages not covered under warranty, we offer a paid repair service.
Process for Out-of-Warranty Repair:
Contact Support: Contact us to discuss the issue and obtain an RMA number.
Inspection & Quote: Once we receive the product, our technicians will inspect it to determine the extent of the damage. An estimated repair cost (including parts, labor, and return shipping) will be provided to you for approval. An initial inspection fee of ₹[e.g., 500] may be charged, which will be adjusted against the final repair bill if you proceed with the repair.
Approval & Payment: The repair will only commence after we receive your approval of the cost estimate and full payment.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our service center and for the return shipping of the repaired product.
4. Estimated Turnaround Time
Warranty Repairs: The typical turnaround time for warranty repairs is 10-15 business days from the date we receive the product at our service center.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs: The turnaround time for out-of-warranty repairs is 15-20 business days, depending on the availability of spare parts and your approval of the cost estimate.
Please note that these are estimates and the actual time may vary. We will keep you informed of the status of your repair.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rutav Engitronic Systems is not responsible for any loss of data that may occur during the repair process for products with storage capabilities (e.g., IoT monitoring devices). We strongly advise you to back up all data before sending the product for repair. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as stated in this policy.
