We offer a 7-day return window for all eligible products. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (like your Order ID).

A) Free Returns (Our Responsibility)
You are eligible for a full refund and free return shipping if your case falls under any of the following categories:

B) Paid Returns (Customer’s Discretion)
If the product is in perfect working condition but you have changed your mind or do not like the product, you can still return it within the 7-day window.
In this case, you (the customer) will be responsible for bearing the cost of the return shipping (freight cost).
The refund will be processed after we receive the product and deduct the return shipping charges.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
